Step 1: Leader invites member

From My Page,

Select the top-right three-line menu
Select Leader’s Dashboard
Select 1“Click here to add a team member."
- Follow onscreen steps & select “Invite”
- An email is sent to the member with CC to you
- The invited users appear in 2 “Invited” status

A Leader can invite up to 6 members

Step 2: Invited member activates the account.

The member receives the email with instructions and an activation code

Download the app and select “Create a new account."

Step 3: Leader completes and starts the team

Select 1 “My Team Is Complete”

Checklist before completing the team

There must be a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 6 members, including the leader
No member status must be 2 "Invited."
- If the invited member cannot be activated, the member must be deleted to complete the team. Select the 3 three dots corresponding to the name/select "Delete."
If the member loses the activation email, the leader can resend the email by selecting the 3 three-dot menu/Resend

Step 4: List people to witness

Select 1 “Witnessing” in My Page

Select 2 “+” and follow the onscreen instructions to list people who are not able to believe in Jesus Christ
3 Witnessing matrix: keep this matrix updated as and when required.
4 Witnessing notes: You can edit the notes below the matrix to keep them up to date.
5 You can see your team members' witnessing relationships, and they can see yours. This is for prayer, learning from each other, and holding one another accountable.

Step 5: Team Meetings

Select 1 to schedule a meeting

Select 2 Team Meeting details

The meeting is guided by the 3 four questions.
When the team members answer the 4 fourth question, they will send the same in a secure 5 Team Chat message as "My next one thing:"
