Step 1: Leader invites members
From My Page:

Select the top-right (three-line) menu.

Select Leader’s Dashboard.

Select “Click here to add a team member" (1)
-
Follow on-screen steps & select “Invite.”
-
An email is sent to the member with CC to you.
-
The invited user appears in “Invited” (2) status.
-
Note: A Leader can invite up to 5 members.
Step 2: Invited member activates the account.
The member receives the email with instructions and an activation code.

Download the app and select “Create a new account."

Fill in all basic information

The church/group is automatically filled in (1)
-
Select a language (2)
-
The leader/member option is automatically selected (3)
-
Select "Register."
-
Follow the instructions to activate using the activation code and create a PIN.
Step 3: Leader starts the team
Select “My Team Is Complete” (1).
Requirement to complete:

The team must have 3 to 6 members (including the leader).​

No member's status must be "Invited" (2)

If the invited member has not activated:
-
Request the invited member to activate and make sure the status is active if not possible.

If the member loses the activation email, the leader can resend the email by selecting the three-dot menu (3)/Resend Code.

If the member is not activated yet, the leader can delete them by click the three dot menu (3) next to their name and select "Delete"

Note: Once the leader selects "My Team Is Complete," the team will have access to Daily Thoughts, Concepts, and Team Chat.​
Step 4: List people to witness
Select “Witnessing” (1) on My Page.

Select “+” (2) and follow the on-screen instructions to list people who are not able to believe in Jesus Christ.

Witnessing matrix (3): keep this matrix updated as and when required.

Witnessing notes (4): Edit the notes below the matrix to keep them up to date.

Team members can view each other's witnessing (5) relationships to pray together, learn from one another, and stay accountable.

Step 5: Team Meetings
Select (1) to schedule a meeting.
Select (2) to view team meeting details.

The meeting is guided by four questions (3).

When the team members answer the fourth question (4), they will send the same in a Team Chat (5) message as "My next one thing:......."
