WITNESSING TEAM (WT)
They represent Christ to family members, friends, neighbors, and coworkers who are not able to believe in Jesus Christ. This consists of Christians who want their loved ones to experience Christ and come to believe in Him. The ultimate goal is for each of its members to make a difference in where their loved ones will spend eternity. There cannot be a greater eternal privilege than this. This process will develop a lifestyle of witnessing in its members so that those around them may experience Christ. Each WT consists of 3 to 6 people.
Roles of WT
1. WT Leader
The witnessing team leader forms and leads the witnessing team. They ensure that the team meets regularly and that its members are consistent in the process.
2. WT Members
The witnessing team members cooperate with the leader and with one another. They are part of a team that helps and supports one another to remain consistent in this noble calling of being a witness.
Responsibilities of WT
The members of the team come together to pray, encourage one another, learn from each other, and hold one another accountable in their commitment to building witnessing relationships with those around them. They list those who are not able to believe in the “Witnessing” page in the app, listen to the 2-minute Daily thoughts each day, and meet as a team at least twice a month. The team must stick to the questions on the “Team Meeting” page. The team may meet online or face-to-face.
Once the WT is formed, each member of the team may spend two to three minutes a day listening to Daily Thought and praying. They will spend one hour meeting as a team (each meeting may take up to 30 minutes). The rest happens in the natural settings with existing relationships.
Invite and onboard a WT leader
The following process helps to find and onboard a witnessing team leader in a church, an organization, or a group
1. Create Awareness
Create awareness about the need for witnessing within their church, organization, or groups. Rekindle their passion for the members' loved ones who are not able to believe in Jesus Christ.
2. Invite Leaders
Identifies and invites Christians who are interested in forming and leading a WT. This process is crucial. These leaders form small teams and enhance team engagement using the can.net app. They need not be someone who is dominant or the know-it-all type, but someone who has a heart for the lost and is willing to work together with a few men and women from their church, organization, or group.

4. Leader's Online Access
MT gives the Witnessing Team Leader access to the mobile app. Give them the basic orientation of how the app works. The MT continues to observe to keep the team leader encouraged.
Responsibilities of WT Leader
The primary responsibility of the MT leader is to ensure the team members remain consistent in their praying and socializing. Because if one of these fails, the process becomes ineffective and eventually the member falls away. The leader can view the progress status on their dashboard. The leader provides personal support and encouragement to each team member. The leader also schedules meetings and ensures that each member is included in team meetings. If a member is not regular on the team, it subtly and powerfully discourages other members, too. The ultimate purpose is for each member to represent Christ; therefore, the role of the WT leader is very crucial. The secret to success is helping members consistently take these simple steps. Effectiveness is not about eloquence or presentation but about being consistent.
Forming a Witnessing Team
The team leader forms the witnessing team. The members must be Christians and may be the leader's family members, small group members, or church friends. The following are the process of forming a witnessing team.
1. Invite Members
The leader shares the vision and invites fellow Christians to join the Witnessing Team. The members must be professing Christians who are their family members, small-group members, or Christian friends.
2. Provide Online Access
The leader invites interested members (Christians) from the leader's dashboard. The invited individuals receive an email with instructions to download the app and register.
3. Train Together
It is crucial for the team to train together. The WT leader facilitates, and the team learns together. They may do it online or in person.

Team Meetings
The team leader schedules and leads the team meetings. Meeting consistently is crucial. Teams may meet face-to-face or online. It facilitates mutual learning, encouragement, and accountability. It is very important that the team meeting centers around the four questions on the team meeting page. The team leader may initiate discussions about concepts or daily thoughts to keep the team motivated.
Success Indicator
The success of a team is not determined by how many people believe in Jesus Christ, but by the team's consistency and its members' participation. ​
