Organizations and Groups
Our mission is to assist the church in equipping its members to be witnesses, so their family members, friends, neighbors, and coworkers may experience Christ.
We believe the church is the only visible body of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world sees and experiences the love of God. We are not a church, part of any church, nor will we become one. We are not to replace any ministry of the church because our call is only to assist the church.
When people decide to believe in Jesus Christ, they become part of the church for worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth. If any of the

witnessing team members have deeper spiritual, theological, or doctrinal questions, they must reach out to their pastors or leaders.
Note: The Witnessing Framework can also be used by organizations and groups, as its ultimate purpose is to equip Christians to be witnesses so that people may experience Christ.
Equip Christians
Many Christians deeply desire, fervently pray, and sincerely try to share the gospel, but their efforts often end up in unpleasant conversations and strained relationships. As a result, they are afraid to bring up the topic of God again. The Witnessing Framework is designed to rekindle their passion by relying on the Holy Spirit for guidance, connecting them with a team for support, and helping them to develop a lifestyle of witnessing.

Ultimately, the process helps those who are not able to believe in Jesus Christ to trust you, follow you, and eventually come to believe what you believe.
Many Christians desire to be witnesses to those who are not able to believe in Jesus Christ. But fear of being rejected, busyness, and their own wants and needs have eventually buried that desire. The witnessing framework rekindles that passion they had for the lost.
Sharing the gospel with those who already have reasons against it may push them further away from God. It is not easy to know what is going on in their hearts. This framework helps Christians be sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading so they may know how to connect deeply.
Jesus worked as a team and modeled it for us. Most Christians who desire to witness often do it alone; when things become unpleasant, they silently stop. The witnessing framework connects Christians to a team or helps them build one so that they may persevere.
Witnessing is not a one-time event; it is not what a Christian does occasionally, but who a Christian is. The witnessing framework is designed to equip Christians to remain fruitful and consistent witnesses among their family members, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.

Note:
Many came to Jesus for different reasons and went away. But Jesus went after a handful of people, and He took about three years to transform them into followers of Him. This process takes time.
