Driving Principles
Core Routine
Witnessing Framework is not designed to do great things occasionally but small things consistently. Witnessing isn't occasionally sharing about Jesus Christ or what He did; it's consistently living a life that reflects faith in Jesus Christ, which those close to us can experience.
The following core routine helps the members develop a lifestyle of witnessing

Team Meetings
Twice a month.
30 minutes each
-
Listen to or read the 2-minute daily thoughts.
-
After listening to the daily thought, pray for 30 to 60 seconds each day for those on the list.
-
Meet as a team at least twice a month. Each meeting may take up to 30 minutes.
-
Socialize with those who are listed on the witnessing page as often as possible.
-
Keep the matrix updated. This helps you track progress in witnessing relationships.
Success Indicators
The success of your witnessing team is not determined by how much each person knows or how much they teach others in the group but by each member being consistent in doing small things.
-
Consistency in meeting as a team at least twice a month.
-
Consistency in listening to daily thoughts and praying each day.
-
Consistency in socializing with those they have listed on the witnessing page.
Challenges to Navigate
If any Witnessing Team members have deeper spiritual, theological, and doctrinal questions or are seeking answers to other issues, the team must discuss them with their pastor or the organization’s leaders. Discussions beyond the four questions should not be encouraged, as this framework is not designed to address them. This meeting is also not a Bible study group or prayer meeting. They meet with one goal: to develop a witnessing lifestyle and build authentic relationships with those around them.
