Success Indicator
The success of a witnessing team is not determined by how many people believe in Jesus Christ, but by each member being consistent in doing small things.
• Consistency in listening to Daily thoughts and praying each day
• Consistency in socializing with those they have listed on the witnessing page
• Consistency in meeting as a team at least twice a month
Challanges to Navigate
If any Witnessing Team members have deeper spiritual, theological, and doctrinal questions or are seeking answers to other issues, the team must discuss them with their pastor or the organization’s leaders. Discussions beyond the four questions should not be encouraged, as this framework is not designed to address them. This meeting is also not a Bible study group or prayer meeting. They meet with one goal: to develop a witnessing lifestyle and build authentic relationships with those around them.
